Pre-Order:

Products that are stated as Pre-Order items require between 2 to 3 weeks to be produced, shipped, and delivered. We appreciate your support and patience. Please email our customer support team for anything concerning your order at wrathatelier@gmail.com.

Ready to Ship:

Ready to Ship items will need one week (7 business days) from your order date to be shipped and delivered to you.

Refunds/Returns:

If your order is delayed and you have not received shipment confirmation within the timeframe stated in our policy, you are eligible for a full refund or store credit placed back onto your account with us.

Returns cannot be authorized unless you have received a damaged item, an incorrect item or the incorrect size.

If your return is authorized, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues:

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
